BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • You must be aged over 21 years of age to make a booking
  • We have the right to obtain the name, age and gender of each member of your party prior to confirming your booking.
  • We reserve the right to refuse all male or all female groups.
  • You must inform us of any changes to members of your party. Additional guests or changes to the guest list must be agreed with the owners.
  • The maximum number of guests allowed in the villa is 10 plus baby sleeping in a cot – this number must not be exceeded.
  • No animals/pets are allowed. If it is found that a pet has been present in the villa there will be a charge (at the owners discretion) to cover the cost of any professional cleaning required.
  • No smoking is allowed in the villa. Should the management company find the villa smells of cigarette/cigar etc smoke there will be a charge (at the owners discretion) to remove the odour.
  • If you have requested the pool be heated please be aware that the temperature is subject to prevailing weather conditions. The pool cover can be used to retain the heat when the pool is not in use.
  • Check-in time is any time after 4.00pm on day of arrival. Check-out time is 10.00 am on the day of departure. Failure to vacate the villa by this time could result in additional charges, unless agreed in writing with the owners or Management Company.
  • It is important that our guests thoroughly check our home and report any problems/deficiencies to the management company within 24 hours of arrival. Any problems that occur during your stay should be reported immediately to the management company.
  • The pool door alarms must be kept on at all times, this is a legal requirement and is for the safety of children.
  • The management company reserve the right to remove any guests from the villa (without refund) for any breach of the booking conditions or any behaviour during the stay that gives rise to complaint.
  • No responsibility is accepted for personal loss or injury to guests – all guests are reminded to ensure that they have adequate holiday insurance cover.

Cancellations: should you find you have to cancel your booking for any reason – there will be a cancellation charge dependent on the notice give, as detailed below:

• More than 6 months – 50% of the deposit will be refunded
• Less than 6 months notice – there will be no refund of the deposit

This charge is to cover all administrative costs and any discount we may have to offer in order to re-book the cancelled dates at short notice.

Failure to Pay: Final payment is request 6 weeks prior to the arrival date of your holiday in order to give adequate time for payment to be cleared by the bank and for arrival instructions to be despatched. Arrival instructions will not be issued until payment has been cleared. A reminder will be sent – however, if we fail to receive final payment then the booking will be cancelled and the booking deposit will be retained.

Security Deposit: A security deposit will be payable along with the final payment. We reserve the right to retain either part or the full amount of the security deposit to cover any damage or breakages to the villa or its contents. Our management company make a complete inspection following departure of all guests and once they have confirmed that there are no breakages or damages to the property then the security deposit will be refund by cheque to the booker (unless other arrangements agreed) within 3 weeks of the departure date from the villa.
