• Payment can be made either in US $ or UK £ and either by cash or by cheque. Cheques should be made payable to Julie Burton. For US $ payments, a US contact and address will be provided.
  
• Bookings can be made either via e-mail or telephone.
  
• Your booking request will be provisionally reserved for 7 days. A booking deposit of 20% of the total villa rental charge will be required in order to confirm the booking.
  
• You will receive confirmation of booking details (either by post or by e-mail) once the booking deposit has been received and the funds cleared by the bank. The confirmation will include detail of the final payment due and the date this should be paid by.
  
• Final payment will be due 6 weeks prior to the arrival date (this is to allow sufficient time for the funds to be cleared by the bank and for arrival instructions to be issued).
  
• Along with your final payment you will be required to pay a security bond. This is to cover the cost of any breakages or damage to the villa or its contents. The security bond will be refunded in full once the management company confirms that there has been no damage to the villa or its contents. (See Terms & Conditions for more detail)
  
• For late bookings (less than 6 weeks in advance of arrival date) full payment will be required at the time of booking.
  
• Once the bank has cleared final payment – you will receive arrival instructions, which will include directions to the villa, the security code for the gate to The Manors estate and details for obtaining the keys for the villa. (Note – failure of payment to clear at the bank will constitute a breach of the terms & conditions and the booking will be cancelled.)
